Please ship the item back and I'll be glad to give you discount on any other items. Reason want to return to me, I want to show to our factory if there is a problem with this one. I have checked and fitted all my inventory because of this case. Just want to make sure no one else have this problem. I did not PM or email cuz all our communication is already done here. Let me know what you want to do. I'm here to resolve
Don't you think it is quite pointless to ask me to ship the item back now that's it is almost permanently installed in my car, located thousands miles apart from where I must ship it, like if you would cover the $300 in total shipping fees?

My ideal would be if a partial refund or discount in other item of yours could be done.

Unfortunately what makes it a bit more noticeable is the painted rear valance... if it was OEM color the fitment issue would blend a lot better. This is obviously not your fault as it should cover the piece but just my 2 cents.

sounds like its gonna be shine auto for me when the time comes. Or I will just order Evo-R over the phone and make sure he u sweatbands that he better test fit the product before he sends it to me so that we don't have to go through this whole mess. I would be VERY unhappy if this had happened to me. I doubt I would have handled it as well as the OP did.

My time to chime in.

I also picked up a FRP (non CF) rear diffuser from EVOR and had install issues because the plastic was warped. Needed applied pressure to secure and not even glue/silicon would hold it.

So... I had to do the next worst thing, add 2 additional screws just on the side of each exhaust tip (black screws) connecting the diffuser to the bumper.

Not noticable because it is black on black but would rather not have drilled 2 holes in my bumper because now i definitely can't take it off. If I did, I will have a bumper with 2 holes and glue jizz all over the back.

Just wanted to update this thread...

Evo-R and I came to an agreement that he would partially refund me for the poor fitting part. Because of shipping difficulties, and also because the diffuser is almost permanently attached to my rear bumper, I couldn't return it. They also said to test fit all parts before shipping from now on. Lets hope so. After all they were responsible and "solved the issue" with very little hesitation.

To all those with poor fitting diffusers, I recommend using windshield urethane silicone rather than double sided tape and more than only 2 screws, but drilling additional holes will be needed.

I'm like 85% sure they drop ship these parts from the supplier so I'm not sure that is possible. I had a bad led fog from them. They did send me a new one but I am pretty sure they both came from overseas.

My front Carbon Fiber Fangs were off, unlike most who had perfect fitment. So I guess I got a bad one.

Test fitting everything would be ideal, just not sure how that would work out logistically.

I used a dremel and shaved mine...fits perfect now

It's my understanding that the brake lights they sell are not made by them, but all of the body kit pieces such as fang cover and lips and stuff are all hand made by the people at Evo-R. Therefore it would be understandable that they could not test fit your brake light, but that, as mentioned earlier in this post, they CAN test fit the parts they have in stock.

2ndChance, I'll consider this matter resolved to some extent.

And would recommend that if there are any other members who may have an issue?

To Please contact Evo-R since they have shown to have take customers issues seriously and are going to try to see that these types of issue are minimized.

Thank You

Evo-R for stepping up
