B pillar / Rear window delete & Front bumper CF trim
We are proud to present more ideas for the 370Z for those who dont fancy our first thread :P
May I present to you! (drum roll) B pillar + Rear window delete CF overlays These would run between $300 - 350 since the rear would be double sided carbon. (The rear window delete one will be made so that it can be swapped with the window instead of being used as an overlay and will have both sides of the panel finished with a beautiful layer of CF so from the inside you see CF as well) The area highlighted in red is where the CF would be placed. http://www.japanesesportcars.com/pho...llar-cover.jpg And here is a picture of the B pillars installed from another company. Just to show you what they look like. And the next product would be a CF overlay panel that goes right over the license plate area. IMO it would be a great highlight. These would run around $200 High quality UV resistant parts with a life time warranty |

Are you speaking of the panel that goes from the top of the fender / hood over the door and meets up with the quarter panel? If so we have had ideas to do those. But depending on how much time we have left over with bullittes car, we may or may not be able to do those with in the next 2 weeks. But if we can get a Z here after those 2 weeks for another product build then we can do them. Product build meaning a lip kit or such.

I believe he (jmlenz) is speaking of the same B pillar piece that you have highlighted
I borrowed this pic from 2theextreme to illustrate The b pillar piece is fixed to the vehicle and is not part of the door assembly. If it was one piece, then it would possibly flow smoother than a 2 piece design (for those who want a rear window delete) Last edited by Boost_lee; 06-22-2009 at 04:37 AM. |

For those of us that care more about performance than looks, on the pieces you're making that allow deletion of existing parts, it would be helpful to know the weight savings (for example, the weight of the stock useless rear windows minus the weight of your CF replacement).
Also, can this stuff be painted? I really don't want a random piece of CF on my car. Black would fit in fine in that area. |

If you are looking for rear window deletes which we will offer in carbon fiber. They are paintable and can be painted by us as well for little extra. Way less than any other shop for sure.
Rear window deletes will be about $200 itself. |
