i want it to look exactly as it does now, in every single possible way except in leather instead of cheap garbage nissan cloth.

sarcasm or not..... that actually sounds kinda cool. but im trying to keep an OEM appearence but with all the things nissan SHOULD have done with the car. considering its just as pricy as a touring sport...... .they COME with leather seats lol. so i feel a little slighted from nissan.

If I were you I would buy touring seats and see if a shop can stitch the nismo logo. Seems like a more simplified solution IMO.

not just seats, everything thats cloth with the exception of the floor of course, and im..... borderline on the aphosltry.... probably not, that seems tacky. but in the nismo, the steering wheel, stick shift knob, and the sides+ middle of the center console are leather, but random parts are that weird plastic. i want to make it all uniform as it should have been.

I was looking into buying the Convertable seats (heated/cooled) and throwing them in my NISMO.

I plan on going custom leather as well but... the cloth is very nice imho. Nicer than 95% of other cloth vehicles. I actually like my cloth seats and they're not even NISMO

bit late in the game, but does anyone know of a place to have the seats done? been doing other things to the car in the mean time. Ive changed my thought process a little. im now thinking...... is it possible to have some oem'ish looking aftermarket seats which are MUCH lighter, simply covered in leather and embroidered? if im going to go through the trouble of taking out seats to have this done...... figured i may as well go another step and do something USEFUL for the car aka weight reduction at the same time.

Recaro Sportster CS's are offered in full leather as well as some vinyl and cloth options. They are OEM seats for the Lotus Evora as well as option seats for some other cars. They are lighter and more supportive than stock. I know Project 370Z got theirs reupholstered with some brown and tan leather and alcantara with a diamond pattern in the middle. Sexiest nonsupercar seats I've ever seen.

Another option if you are smaller waisted could be Bride seats. Their Stradia/Gias reclining seat is pretty killer. Most are that non leather material, but they also have alcantara versions. Those are lighter than the Sportsters.

Leather bride stradia IIs would be ideal.

can you request them to use red stitching, and embroider NISMO into it instead of recaro or bride?

There is a place in OKC that will leather/alcantara wrap anything you want however you want. Starting price for a dash is 1500. It has to be out of the car though
