op, i'd suggest taking it to a paint shop just to get their opinion. otherwise, you could consider using a dual action polisher to fix those scratches and also see

op, i'd suggest taking it to a paint shop just to get their opinion. otherwise, you could consider using a dual action polisher to fix those scratches and also see what you can do about correcting these blobs. IMO, though, nothing will beat an expert's opinion when they can see it for themselves.
