Screen can be bought directly from Nissan, around 300 dollars I believe.
7" screen, same size as the OEM screen just requires some custom mounting to fit it since it is slightly different.

You have to pull the whole dash trim out to remove the whole lid. It connects in back. I've done it to replace a bad lid.
