Default Which interior pieces are leather?

Just got my 2009 370 last week with only 12 K on it. I purchased some Meguiars leather cleaner and conditioner. As much as I can tell, the outside part of the seats and the shift boot seem to be leather, but what about the front panel over the radio ( I guess where the nav would be ). Also looks like part of the steering wheel may also be leather. Just want to make sure. Thanks

You can use it on anything but the alcantara panels. Not much 'leather' really... I use adam's leather & interior cleaner, followed by a light application of the Adam's conditioner on all the vinyl panels as well as the 'leather' (steering wheel, seats, etc.)

I'm wondering the same thing about the front cubby hole, if it's leather or not?

I'd be very careful with that stuff, it's acidic.

I treat the dash and doors and all interior panels with 303 Aerospace, and anything that looks like leather with Zaino. I don't have Navigation, but I treated the door to the cubby hole and the stitched area around it with 303 Aerospace also, and it turned out great. It has a nice satin finish. The side bolsters of the seats get a lot of contact while getting in and out of the vehicle and I give them extra Zaino to keep them soft. I can see a lot more wrinkling on those panels than other leather surfaces.
For that mouse fur that they call Alacantara, you can do a web search for care instructions.

I can tell you for sure the steering wheel is real leather, the console/cubby area and side pads are not. You can tear the material with your hands is so cheapo. Seats im not sure if the whole thing is real but im sure the parts that touch your body are real. Never taken apart the seats in a 370 yet.

you should use Leatherique on your leather bits if you care about them. All those cheaper leather care products contain silicones and harsh chemical products that just dry your leather out over time.

Just dont use it on the faux suede in the middle of the seat.
