I can't get the two 10mm nuts off the back... The freaking Loctite is making it impossible to get the nuts off. They just keep spinning with the screw... I

The freaking Loctite is making it impossible to get the nuts off. They just keep spinning with the screw... I don't know what to do... Went to a few different tool stores and no one knows how to remove it... There simply isn't enough room to work on it in the first place because the exhaust is in the way also... I really need help with this ASAP so I can get my fog installed... Thanks in advance! __________________
