The bottom line is the insurance company cannot legally force you to use an incompetent body shop.
1) make sure you have photos of everything as is 2) get at least one other pro body shop to inspect the current condition 3) have the dealer inspect the vehicle 4) get it fixed where you want (within reason and at a justifiable cost) 5) launch a civil suit against both the insurance company and the bodyshop. I know this may be more expensive to you for the moment, but it will be better for you and the car in the long run.

No!
This experience has really been hard on you, and understandably so, but it's just a car. No lives are at risk, and you can deal with this upset any way you want. So don't let the b@$%#&ds get you down (that way, they win). We're all rooting for you.

Yeah. Fraud for sure! The adjuster probably raise the cost of the the repair. Then charge the insurance. I believe this is not the first time they did this. Put them both in a jail!!!
