Thank u so much for ur support!! It means a lot to me!! After talking to my lawyer and hours of reaching .. I'm pretty sure my Z will be perfect again and these guys will pay for their messed up its just matter of time!!!! Hopefully I could share some good news with u all soon!! Thank u!!!!!!

Just had long conversation with my insurance, and they strongly recommended to let the shop fix all the issues . I will give them a one last chance. If they ***** up again, then Insurance is going to help me to move my car to other shop. Well ... they better do it right bc there is no next!!

Reall? I would tell the insurance company you are going somewhere else, and they can pay for the damages fixes from the repair shop they recommend. (unless you chose this shop to do the repairs) What makes you think they can do the job right, if that's how they fix cars in the first place?

I still have to go talk to the shop tomorrow. I might just take my car to other shop.. sometimes I just Hate my self for for put my faith in to ppl even tho. They do me wrong..

At this point I agree with those who have spoken up already. Give the shop yet another chance? I don't think so.
Try to get a recommendation for a shop in your area, and get tuff with the insurance company if you have to. Somebody there will have a sympathetic ear. Try saying, "Put yourself in my place. Wouldn't you feel frustrated?" I always try that to get buy-in from whomever I'm talking to. It's sort of, "Hey I'm a human being--you're a human being, let's support each other." Good luck; I feel your pain. |

DO NOT GO BACK TO THE SAME SHOP! Your insurance company has a vested interest in dealing with them at this point, they don't CARE about your car! It is not up to them to tell you where to get your car fixed, that is your right to choose and right now, I would RUN away from that place as fast as possible!!!
The insurance company wants a cheap, quick fix and the bodyshop is obviously begging to get it back so they don't lose the sale or the rep points from the insurance company...
