changing bulbs on headlights/taillights?

I want to change the turn signal bulb in the front headlight... is this possible to do without removing the bumper? I also want to change the turn signal bulb

I want to change the turn signal bulb in the front headlight... is this possible to do without removing the bumper? I also want to change the turn signal bulb in the tail light, how can these be changed?
