Air fresheners?

Hey guys, now that my new car smell seems to be gone I was wondering what kind of air fresheners do you guys use in your cars if any.

I've been using the Air Spencer CS-X3 Squash for the longest time in my Integra but I'm looking for something new, anyone have any recommendations?

It really is. It smells great but it seems to fade pretty quick, I was hoping someone on the forums might know if there are any other ones that smell pretty good.

Want a leather smell? Zaino Leather in a Bottle. It's actually a cleaner but it smells like new car. You can also just spray some on a towel and stick it under your seat.

I usually use one of the Yankee Candle Co. air vent sticks in Midsummers Night. They also have a leather scent, but never used it. You can hide these in the vent exposed when you open the car door.

check with phelan. he's into this kind of stuff.

That sounds like an awesome place to put those things. Would've never thought of that.

they last a while, they smell great, they go under your seat so you don't see them (reduces rice factor of having something hanging off of your AC vent :p)...

did i mention they smell great?

kenchan 04-12-2012 04:19 PM

cool. i should try some of this in my G.

kenchan 04-12-2012 04:21 PM

phelan -do these things have non-slip padding or adhesive on the bottom?

phelan 04-12-2012 05:12 PM

there's adhesive you can use to attach the bottom. i don't bother, it stays under the seat just fine.

I use Driven: Primal Impulse in my Z. I use the vent sticks.
The Driven Scents

It was very different from the sea of floral scents and was distinctive enough that I could easily associate the smell with the Z. My parents aren't big fans, but my friends usually point it out favorably when they sit in the car for the first time.

Never seem the Treefrog air fresheners before. Might have to pick up a pack if I ever see it around.

I just buy some vanilla flavored coffee beans (not grinded up), open the bag and leave it overnight. Every time I get in my car it smells great and perks me up a bit. Close the bag up when scent gets too strong. Try it out!
