Default Window Tint on Dot Matrix

Hey guys, just got my windows tinted Saturday morning, and am noticing something on the hatch window, the two little windows, and the front strip. On the dot matrix on the edges of the hatch and small windows the tint doesn't appear to be adhering and looks almost milky as they described. The people at the tint shop said it would go away in a 4 or 5 days, and to come back in a few weeks if it didn't. I searched everywhere and couldn't find anything regarding the edges of these windows and the tint on the dot matrix there. Did anyone else notice this? Am I the only one paranoid enough to make a thread about it?

If the film is good and the shop is too, this will go away. If not take it back and have them redo it or get a refund and take it elsewhere.

Should go away as the liquid evaporates.

Below is what I'm talking about. The white border around the window. This is the tint on top of the dot matrix, not adhering to the window. I went back and looked at the window tint thread, and noticed the majority of our cars have this. Do most people not bother with it and accept it as a part of the tint? I never noticed it before, but now I see it everywhere, so I guess its pretty much normal? I'm thinking of putting vinyl beneath it since I have some lying around, but wanted to know what others thought.

That is is going to be there and I would think the darker your tint back on the hatch, the lighter it looks. I don't find it bothersome at all and would have never thought twice about it until now.

It's normal, all the cars I've had tinted have that. It's just that there's a difference in the level/texture of the glass and the dots, the tint will always look different there just like the defroster lines but nowhere near as subtle.
