I'm really liking this Matte look, it almost blends in perfectly with the stock leather. I might go this route myself for the center console. Also really liking the 45* offset to make the lines run up/down. Matches the symmetry of the center console.

Finally took some pics. They are not the best since it's in the garage. No flash is too dark and flash makes it look like regular gloss. I'll try to take some more when I get a chance.
