OP, the engine is fine if water gets on it. As far as washing, treat it like the rest of your car. Also, you may want to get the hood

OP, the engine is fine if water gets on it. As far as washing, treat it like the rest of your car.
Also, you may want to get the hood clear coated unless it seldom sees sunlight. The gel coat doesn't help much when it comes to UV exposure and yellowing of the CF/gel coat. |
