Overlays, Memphis,Tn

I have purchased overlays from Bluebat and thought I had a guy lined up to do the install. He is now stalling and I don't think he wants to do it. He owns a tint shop and did my windows so I asked him, but now he keeps putting me off. Is there anybody here that lives in or near Memphis? Do you know of a place to have this done??

I'm in Memphis, but I haven't had any tint done. One of my buddies has all his tint done at Extreme Auto on stage rd.

Thanks, I call and ask if they would be willing to do my headlights and tail lights.
