Buzzing rattle sound coming from cabin light
 

Anyone else have a buzzing rattle coming from the cabin light enclosure? My Z is a year old but I've had the rattle since last summer. I couldn't locate it forever. It sounds like a buzzing bee. It comes and goes, and of course the last time I had my Z at the dealer for an oil change, it had the day off. Seems to happen the worst on warm days. If I press hard on the cabin light enclosure it seems to go away. But I think it's getting worse....

I have the same noise coming from the sunvisor, it's actually coming from the panel that you pull out.

OP check if in fact your noise is coming from here... it is odd that it happens on warm days as it seems to me all my cars rattle worse when its cold!

The only rattle i have is from the oil temp gauge hat when i am driving on rougher roads.

Ah sunvisor. I'll definitely check that. Although I'm pretty sure it's the cabin light because if I flatten my entire hand over that panel, it mostly goes away. And yes, only on warm days. Very weird. And the road doesn't have to be rough, it will happen on the smoothest highway.
