VLeds dim when off??

i found these in the storage last night. and they dont stay dimly light in the door position!! i bought these while i was visiting Taiwan awhile ago. the brand

i found these in the storage last night. and they dont stay dimly light in the door position!!

i bought these while i was visiting Taiwan awhile ago. the brand is called "ruenn fwu" the package says its made in Taiwan, i tried to google it but couldnt find much.

maybe you can try to find led's that look similiar.
