Stillen splitter / Clear Bra

Me thinks I went backwards on this.
Had a clear bra installed a few weeks ago, then decided to get a Stillen splitter. I assume that I need to remove the clear bra wherever the tape goes? Anyone ever been through this before? I'm hoping I can hold the lip up, mark the top of it and then remove the bra where the tape hits? Thoughts? I

I don't know why you can't just tape to the clear bra. You'd be surprised how well stuck it is.

I don't see why you shouldn't be able to just attach the mounting screws and tape to the bumper directly and not worry about the clear bra.

I also don't think you will have an issue if you decide to run the turnbuckles either.

I think it's going to talk to my clear bra guy-just thought maybe someone on here and tried it. I figure there's a lot of vibration / force there and I'm sure the tape would stick to the clear bra more than the clear bra would stick to the car.

you can use tape over the clear bra, but tape will not support a splitter. splitters create down force trying to pull away from your bumper. you'll need to use nuts and bolts to mount. :)
