Check to see if the spare tire is screwed all the way down

It sounds like the hatchback door is bumping with the rear... I tried checking the tire but no results.

Do you have an aftermarket wing? Have you ever replaced the hatch struts?

I had a similar issue with my car but it turned out to be the inside cover of my hatch and not the hatch itself.

Depending on how many miles you have it could be something suspension related (endlinks, differential bushings, etc)

I found out what it was!!! I had a rear view camera installed and the foam holding the jack was rubbing with the tire making a screechy noise, and they also left a bolt just laying they're unused.
