Jay (Evo-R) is terrible if you need to get a hold of him. He usually ships pretty fast when you do finally get through to him though.

I've had much better communication from Carbon Signal.

Evo-r has been pretty bad lately. Not sure what's going on.

They are out of CF and you want flat black. What does it has to do with anything? lol

Have you try plasti dip or vinyl wrap?

I haven't heard many bad reviews on their actual products, but I haven't heard ANY good reviews on their customer service.

There horrible I paid for my side blades 7 weeks later I get them n then about a month later I got a bill because they did send them through the mail right n they want me to pay it but I do like the product

Evo r offers it in flat. But would settle for CF and paint it

I got my foglight pretty fast, communication was in fact kinda slow at times but only a day delay, no weeks and months that some people seemed to have experienced.

If its in stock it'll get to you pretty fast.

I am waiting for three items from the Z-Store that are EVO-R products in CF. They hardly have any CF EVO products in stock. Waiting sucks because you sure have to pay immediately!!

I know that others have had bad experiences, but I'll give mine: Ordered side blades and diffuser and had shipping confirmation in about 3 business days. Arrived a couple days later. That same day, I ordered fro two domestic sources (also sponsors) some other parts. The Evo-R stuff got here first from Taiwan. Had a question on install on one of the parts from Jay, PM'd him and he got back with me within a few hours with the answer.

The only thing different I would have asked for was an e-mail saying 'Hey - got your order and they'll go out this week.' since there was no order acknowledgement.

This isn't meant as a defense of Jay, but it shows that he does know how to do it right - he perhaps just needs to be more consistent with it.
