Damn, that is exactly what I was afraid of. The excess ink/dye is noticable. I would try mild soap and warm water. Worst thing that could happen is you may take some ink out of the sticking as well. Let us know how it goes or if you figure out a better sollution.

I did mine this week, couldn't get the pens described in previous threads here in the UK but sourced a set of pens made by Dylon like these but about $10 over here for the set (http://www.amazon.com/Dylon-DYE-101A...ylon+fine+pens)

One pen just managed to do the interior but ~I didnt do the doors , I did 3-4" and then wiped it over with a damp microfibre





My wheel was already stitched in red making it much more noticeable that the other stitching didnt match

I used some hand soap on a wet wash rag, it came right off no issues!
