I had a carbon fiber roof (pic on my introduction) on my EVO X. This was a full replacement made in house at AMS. Price was 1400, with installs usually running around 900 or so. Not a big market for these. I was the first street EVO X with it, next one didn't come until a year later.
So not enough real buyers to justify it in my opinion. And not substantial weight savings. Headliner, windshield and rear window need to be removed, welds broken. then resealed, riveted and everything else installed again.
