As Kenchan mentioned, some kind of epoxy would do the trick. You could try JBWeld and some thorough sanding to get it flush. The hardest part would be the repaint,

You could try JBWeld and some thorough sanding to get it flush. The hardest part would be the repaint, which would be best taken care of by a competent body shop. |
