Kev, sorry to hear of the problem. If its the steering lock then its been happening to many with 2009 and early 2010s with certain early model steering lock mechanisms.

If its the steering lock then its been happening to many with 2009 and early 2010s with certain early model steering lock mechanisms. Make sure to contact Nissan North America and bitch at them and submit a note to the NHTSA.
