You wouldn't be able to do anything but buy a complete 2013 gauge cluster anyhow... I'm sure it would be easily $500+ and you can't guarantee it will work in a pre-2013 especially since they are doing some mild changes. Get the overlay, it looks nearly the same.

It's a custom printed gauge face with 3M adhesive. He doesn't have a price set, but I'm guessing about $20.
