Carbon signal wedsite broken!

Ive been looking for some carbon fiber interior trim pieces for my Nismo online for a while now with little luck but i came across carbon signal on the forum and they seem to make some nice interior and exterior pieces. The only problem is i cant find a good working wedsite on them so i can get in touch with them. Only website i cound find was on there Facebook link and it doesnt work. Anyone know how to get in touch with them. Also i found some actual oem carbon fiber replacement pieces for all the door and dash trim pieces but most of them are made to fit the Japanese spec car and are not guaranted to fit the U.S. verision. Has anyone else run into this problem?

They don't have a running website just message them through here. They respond to every of my pm's here. A.j@carbonsignal takes any orders. A lot of members love their interior cf pieces!

Sorry i got caught with work and barely got time for forum. All pending orders will ship this week and forward tracking numbers to you guys.

Be prepared to wait longer then they tell you, and have no follow up once your money is sent and they are running behind. Very disappointed with my experience with carbon signal so far

I hope not. It should of been in AZ (this so called drop point) on the 6th. Not sure why it's not here at my house yet. The product didn't even have to be made, it was already in stock. I've been very calm for the moment. If I don't have product in hand come Friday.......Well l'll leave it at that for now.

They told me 3-4 weeks December 30th.. I have not heard from them since except, "good things are worth the wait" I won't purchase anything from them again. I don't mind waiting but they should at least tell you they are behind and to expect delay. Also, I have seen posts saying "all pending orders are shipping" and still have yet to receive tracking or anything

Yea I was told ''your in good hands'' after I contacted them. I might just ask for money back. I hate waiting and more so than that when product doesn't come even after a couple of weeks of date mention it would be here in the states. He clams it's here and waiting confirmation of shipping. What? It should just be shipped. Why would it sit there in AZ?

But your case would make me sick. A business should not run this way. It's not that bad of a issue but.....

I guess I'm not the only one huh? Yea it's really disappointing to say the least. Like I said, Just a simple heads up they are behind schedule would be enough

I've been waiting for my pieces since Early December. I was told 6-8 weeks from then. Also was told my parts were in AZ like 2 weeks ago. Still not at my house here in Cali tho. Thankfully this is one of the few items I've purchased where I'm not in a rush, otherwise I'd be very upset.

Your not the only one, very poor communication when i ordered my bumper. Thankfully its finally in my hands but the delays cost me and now its too late since i shipped my car.

To clarify tho, the bumper is exactly as ordered, was packed very well and looks amazing, my only issue was with their lack of communication and information. It just took 6 months to get it :/
