I do not understand why you need more pictures when you said the shifter ring has already been made, yet you need pictures to make sure the tach matches the rest as that hasnt been made. What makes you so sure the shifter ring is going to match up? I am simply stating I wouldnt do it again because your original 4-6 week wait time turned into more like 10-12 weeks. If you guys had communicated with me things were running behind I would not be so annoyed.. but it took me following up for updates or you would have just let me sit and wait without any communication.. I am not trying to bash you or say that people shouldnt buy. I just wont personally doing business with you again

I asked for pictures for the odometer cover not the shifter... We informed you that the shifter is ready but the odometer need to be made. The shifter is a piece that is alone...but the odometer have those two small bezels around it, so if they don't match they will look odd, In all cases, we thank you for your kind business and we wish to have you as customer again. per your PM- We are trying our best to make you a happy customer and we promised with a replacement items although its a shipping defect, and any another company would've just asked you to file a claim and wait till they solve it ..etc,, but we are taking the hassle off your shoulders and bearing the cost of making you happy customer. i saw your pm and already requested your speedo to be produced and once done we will ship it along with your sides. Please send me a pic of the items from Up in order to make sure we have the speedo the same pattern as the rest of the items. How can you be sure the pattern will be the same on the shifter ring will be the same if this was made before I sent you any photos? It probably was a shipping issue from these sitting in the listerine box it came in at your "partners warehouse"

No, it is not explained. If you are telling me to file a shipping claim I will be sending all the products back and expect a full refund. What I am asking is, why do you need pictures of the other items to make sure the pattern is the same, when the shifter ring has already been made. Meaning, how can you promise the pattern will match on that, but not on the tach bezel which hasnt been made yet? I will be PMing you pictures tonight. Whats your ETA on replacement parts

anyone whos ordered from CS.. did you receive a bill from fedex after your package was delivered for "customs, duties, tax, other fees"?? in the fine print it states that "USUALLY, these are paid before the package was sent out" anyone share the same experience?

Usually* Fedex pre charged the handling fees, but duty and taxes will be bill to the customer unless its already included in the price you paid for.

well originally they told me the products came from there as well... when they told me 60$ for shipping (which is already pretty ridiculous, since this was before we knew it was coming out of the country) they said nothing about paying an extra $19 for customs fees

Seems like if issues with a shop/sponsor arent resolved and keep coming up, they should be taken off th370z.com I nor anyone else on these forums should have to deal with these issues over and over again, week after week, month after month.
