Are these seats worthy?

nismo seats are no different than base seats.. same goes for touring except for the seat controls. The differencee is upholstery.. Roadster seats though are completely different and better looking

So the seats are the same dimensions then? Same fitment?

Have you ever heard of classic soft trim? They make great seat covers, not sure about the cost though

+1 on the Clazzio's if you are looking for leather/leather'ish. I have them on my Nissan Cube and they've held up well. They are really well made too.
