Is hard to get a response PM from him tho.

Thing some of you need to realize is this is ONE guy doing all this. Not some company or manufaturer, so some of you need a little patientce with Jay.

My advice is to just PM him directly inquiring about products, if you do eventually get a response and he clearly states he has what you want in stock, then order it right then and there if you want it and you WILL have it within a week.

Problem here is people sending him money when he doesnt have product in stock.

BE WARE of thezstore.com tho!!!

IF THE PRODUCT TITLE DOESNT SAY EVOR, ITS NOT MADE BY JAY AND ISNT GOING TO BE HIS TOP NOTCH QUALITY.

I found this out by calling thezstore and inquiring about the cf front lip they have since it was one item that didnt say EVOR anywhere.

I also dont like how they dont state whether items or in stock or not before you order them. Although, I did order the evo R highwing when they first put it up even though Jay hadnt even finished building them. BUT the good thing is they didnt charge me and take their money until the day they shipped it.

Hope this clears up some things for people!

This doesn't make it acceptable. One guy should be able to get back to people in less than a month.

I said if the product title on thezstore's website doesnt say evo R, then its probably not by Jay, not if the product itself says it physically on it. I called thezstore.com and confirmed this....products on their website that say evor in the description are made by jay, similar products that evo r does make, but dont say evo r in the description on thezstore.com, arent made by jay, they are made by some local company near where thezstore is located.

Personally, i've dealt with Jay and he's a good guy actually. i think it's just that there's too much of list of peoples he's dealing with and the items are all out of stock. when i ordered my CF Diffuser, B-pillar and Side mirror's covers i had a delay receiving those items. hence i sent him an email once in a day. he replied to me the third day and apologizes to me, and told me that my stuffs had already been shipped out.

Ordered my sideblades & rear diffuser on 2/17 & just got tracking that they shipped from Taiwan yesterday and are scheduled for delivery on Tuesday!

Now I will say that I didn't get a 'Hey - got your order it will go out within a week' communication, but I'm glad to see it's on it's way.

Being in a business that drop ships 100% of their orders, companies like Amazon and Zappos have raised the bar for everyone's order status communication. 10 years ago it was 'place an order and it will show up in 4-6 weeks.' Now clients want to know the exact second their box is being taped up. I literally get calls from clients that I've sent tracking to that want me to give them a time that UPS will be there.

I think that's a bit much...

Seriously though, the people that defend the service are the ones that have received their product in a timely fashion... try being on the other end and receiving broken items then waiting weeks for a replacement... or in some of the cases, wait for even the original item for 6-8 weeks like some of the buyers... you won't be so patient and understanding then.

Yep. I was on the receiving end of getting a product with defects. I documented everything and sent detailed images via PM's, threads and emails to EVO-R with zero communication in return from them. The only thing I could do after giving them many chances to make things right, was to start a claim through PayPal to get my money back. After many years of buying and selling on the internet this was my first bad experience. Use caution.

Now THIS is how you do customer service!

All anybody really wants is a timely answer to their questions/concerns with the product. Jay, if you can provide and improve on that, you will have a recipe for success. You make a good product, we just want equal customer service to back it up.

Btw, what's your stock/status look like for the 370Z side blades? If I order this week, when can I expect shipment?

I got my side blades & diffuser a day early.

Now I have to figure out how to mount them. Are there any DIYs? I did a quick look but didn't see any.
