:wtf2:
I think that's a bit much... Seriously though, the people that defend the service are the ones that have received their product in a timely fashion... try being on the other end and receiving broken items then waiting weeks for a replacement... or in some of the cases, wait for even the original item for 6-8 weeks like some of the buyers... you won't be so patient and understanding then. |
Yep. I was on the receiving end of getting a product with defects. I documented everything and sent detailed images via PM's, threads and emails to EVO-R with zero communication in return from them. The only thing I could do after giving them many chances to make things right, was to start a claim through PayPal to get my money back. After many years of buying and selling on the internet this was my first bad experience. Use caution.

If anyone have any problem or question please PM me. I'll get back to you ASAP. Thanks!

All anybody really wants is a timely answer to their questions/concerns with the product. Jay, if you can provide and improve on that, you will have a recipe for success. You make a good product, we just want equal customer service to back it up. ;) Btw, what's your stock/status look like for the 370Z side blades? If I order this week, when can I expect shipment? :) |
I got my side blades & diffuser a day early.:happydance:
Now I have to figure out how to mount them. Are there any DIYs? I did a quick look but didn't see any. |

See, I got a diffuser too. And a bag with tape, couple dozen screws and a tube of adhesive. No instructions so I'm not sure what all goes where. |

I did also just finish ordering the EVO-R highwing from thezstore too, so I guess I can rest assured that both of these parts I got are true quality EVOR products:happydance: I'm just hoping service in me getting these items won't be an issue with either seller/store |
