Gone! Got rid of that annoying rubbing sound
 

Over the past few weeks I began to notice an annoying rubbing sound that seemed to improve as the car warmed up inside, but never completely dissapeared. I noticed on some other threas that some folks included that as a btw comment.
I tracked it back to the seams on the interior trim panels and the cure was silicone spray!
I carefully sprayed a small amout onto /into the seams, wiped off the excess and the result...quiet ( at least for a Z):tup:

yah, dealers use that stuff sometimes to rid noise.
