180 Custom Headlight Review!

180 custom has very slooooowwwww service.

I had to email and call them at least 10 times to get a respond back.

I told them that I want to get a new pair of headlights and get it modified. I emailed and called them for weeks, and finally about three weeks ago, I got an email saying that they will order a pair of headlights.

I havent heard anything from them since, they dont give you an update as to what the heck is going on, its like they dont want to do any business with you.......

I have tried to get a hold of Igor, but it seems like hes never there. I was only able to contact his assistant. Maybe thats the problem.

If I dont hear anything from these guys soon, I am switching to different vendor...

I apologize for this, we did have an update for you but I believe my assistant got tied up with other things and forgot to update you personally. He will contact you in the near hour or so and tell you the situation, as well as a small discount on the work for the long wait. Again, I apologize and I hope we can work out a solution that will keep you patient, satisfied and still interested in our work. If not, I'm sorry.

Hey Tony,

I apologize for the wait, but headlights for this car aren't that easy to come by yet.

Every time you call or email, I answer, that is my job, Igor is here, his job is creating these beautiful headlights. Also you have my personal cell phone number, I don't know how or where you got it, but i never thought twice about telling you to call the shop phone.

The last time we were in contact you said you didn't want to wait anymore, so i got you a price for a used headlight and a brand new headlight, I never heard back from you. I doubt i can still even get that used headlight anymore.

If you can get them for a better price somewhere, by all means, I tried my best to get you the lowest price i could as fast as i could.

We would like to have you as a customer, so im willing to offer you $100 discount on any work over $600, not including the cost of replacement lights.

Please call me if you have any questions.
