Help with rattle in the overhead light case

I've got a really annoying rattle that is now coming from the overhead light case in the headliner. I don't usually get worked up about minor rattles but this one

I don't usually get worked up about minor rattles but this one is pretty prominent and rattles every time I go over a bump or rough patch. Does anyone know how difficult it is to remove the light assembly? Has anyone else had a rattle in this area that they have diagnosed and fixed?
