Information on these fenders?!

DOES ANYONE KNOW anything about these fenders? I would search these up and not be lazy, but I have no clue what the names of these fenders are etc.>_<

Iirc they are one off fenders. There were pictures of the guy cutting up his fenders a while back.

It actually is part of the side skirt.. the guy must have just cut the overlapping part of the fender. Looks bad with the line IMO.
