Front license plate mount bracket options?

My vehicle was factory ordered and will be delivered at the end of this month. I specified that I did *not* want front license plate holes drilled assuming I'd be able to use the Stillen mounting bracket here:

Well, I just noticed that it specifically says that the bracket will not fit the NISMO trim. I sent out feelers to Stillen to see if they have any suggestions, but the great state of Maryland requires that I have the plate mounted somewhere on the front of the car.

Suggestions (that don't involve drilling)?

Zip tie works too. :)

Although I am aware that you can fix anything with duct tape and/or zip ties, I was hoping for a somewhat more...elegant solution.
