I was looking at some of Momo's steering wheels and I love them! I wonder how does the thing work? like install wise, is it hard? does it require some

I was looking at some of Momo's steering wheels and I love them! I wonder how does the thing work? like install wise, is it hard? does it require some kind of like adapter?? I'm new to steering wheels. I've seen some cheap steering wheels from Momo like range between $100~200. any recommendation? oh yea and what's going to happen with the air bag??
