Replacement Blinker Relay for LEDs

Anyone know if they have a replacement relay for our cars? There are a few on V-LEDs but none are listed for Nissans... I am trying to avoid load resistors

There are a few on V-LEDs but none are listed for Nissans... I am trying to avoid load resistors as I have seen ones melt through wiring before.
