Jamaica, chemotherapy is a serious treatment, and I wish you the best of luck with your condition.
I understand how easy it can be to lose track of time, especially when you need to be focusing on recovery. I'm not asking you to share the intimacies of your life with us, but perhaps letting us know that delays could be expected would have helped avoid all this negativity (man, that's a lot of passive words). May I also suggest you find someone to look after the forum, and keep us in the loop, when you are unable. Once again, I do wish you the very best, and look forward to seeing your products on the streets! I think we've gotten our point across, so instead of turning this into a bashing thread, decide if you want to purchase this knob still or not, and let Jamaica decide where the ball goes from there. |

Everyone please calm down and lets be a little bit understanding when it comes to peoples health. This can happen to ANY OF US. Jamaica is not making this up, he is a very great guy, and we have no reason to be upset with him for worrying about his health more than the forum. Yes it sucks not getting a response back within 24 or 48 hours, but these things do happen. Im just sayin...

We don't need any white knights in here trying to make us feel bad for being frustrated with Jamaica's customer service. It is what it is. Based on the information we had, I don't think we were wrong to have felt the way we felt.
Now that we know what's going on, I'm sure we'll be a lot more understanding, but don't tell me I had not reason to be upset in the first place. Let's move on without playing the blame-game. |

There's always the couple guys that gotta play "holier than thou" after the fact. On a personal level. The news is heartbreaking and gives some understanding to what we were dealing with. But without that info... the situation was plain fubar and getting out of hand. It is what it is... I feel for Jamaica's sitution deeply, especially having had life threatening issues myself. But on this business issue. It was what it was till we had the info. And its not like we had one bad experience and erupted. This issue was flowing over a couple of threads for months so it built up. |

What's done is done... this issue is way more complex than the facad of the initial issues. There was No right and wrong in this situation NOW that we have full details. We know what is and what isn't outside of the illness factor. But right now we have to be sensative to that issue because we have knowledge. Its not excusing the actions that stirred up the disagreement. But its understanding the circumstances behind the issue. So let's all be rational and let this thread close. Let the new rep start qa new thread. He can start fresh and we can let by gones be by gones. We all wish Jamaica well. As far as business on the knob goes. This should close and let the new rep start a fresh thread. Amen! |

I should have read all the way to the end of the thread before PMing request. Sorry brother. Hope all is well, stay strong!!!
Who ever takes over for Jamaica until he is back or I can gladly wait. My shaft is stock size, not interested in the baggy boot I don't want the focus to be taken away from my Ball. That doesn't sound good but you understand!! I am requesting Black Aluminum engraved with my wife's name PINA and a heart in some cool looking font, so she wont yell at me for spending my money Zip 33647 Thanks
