Paint peeling!

Lakeshow that looks like it was "Burned" with a buffer. was that the case? if so when its cleared it will still look like that just shiny ><pour some water

that looks like it was "Burned" with a buffer. was that the case? if so when its cleared it will still look like that just shiny ><pour some water over it and see how it looks that should give you a rough idea of how it will look re-cleared. My professional opinion s it will need color blending and full clear coat on the panel.
