Nismo "Aero Components" spoiler vs. sport package

Hey all,

This is my first post, and this forum looks like an awesome resource for the Z. I'm expecting mine to come in later this month and I simply can't wait. I'm looking forward to contributing on here as this whole experience moves forward.

Here's a question I can't seem to find an answer on (I even did a quick search on the forum to no avail)... My Z on the way of course has the standard "sport package" spoiler already installed:

I'd very much like to change to the "Nismo Aero Components Rear Decklid Spoiler" pictured here from the Nissan site...

...as well as a shot I snapped at a dealer last year where I first saw it (this thing really makes the car IMO):

The question of course gets raised: does this spoiler use the same holes/bolts as the standard sport package spoiler, or does it require modification?

You figure it's available on the site as an accessory (as opposed to some off brand aftermarket piece), but will it mess me up to already have holes for the stock spoiler?
