Something i didnt notice before
 

I was driving a friend today and she pointed out something that i didnt really pay attention to.

i noticed that theres a lil orange light coming out of a slot close to the overhead light, i guess i didnt pay attention to it before but can anyone enlighten me on what is the purpose of that tiny lil light?

embarrassing part is i have been driving for months and this is the first time i saw it :shakes head:

It's an ambient light that provides just a bit of illumination for the center console area.

Don't be embarrassed... it took me at least a couple months to notice it as well. I'm sure that's what Nissan intended!

It only comes on when there's a female in the passenger seat. :icon17:

You are thinking of the airbag light... I think.

There for night time illumination. You can only really notice it though if your driving on a road with no street lights.

I like that they put this in our Z's. Had one in my G37 and loved it.
