Default Aftermarket steering wheel - Confused about horn connection

I'm about to put in an Isotta Katiena steering wheel and a Bell Works hub. I'm a bit confused as the wheel appears to have two horn connections but the hub came with only one wire in the harness. I'm assuming the second connection on the wheel is for ground but where do I plug it in?
