front bumper dilemma

So I recently pick up my z from the shop about 3 days ago and I have it Parked in my garage, so this is the issue I have had the bumper painted 3 times in the last 2 months because of the paint bubbling in certain areas and also have had the peeling issues. So now the shop says their is nothing else they can do after this third job which I kind of understand but not really. So my question is how long dose the clear bra last? Next when you remove the bra is their any damage to the paint? How do you maintain the bra? And is it noticeable? Also if you all have any other info on paint care and more info on the clear bra it would be greatly appreciated?
