Anyone thinking about swaping out 370Z seats?

Has anyone actually installed seats yet? I autocrossed my car a few weekends ago and I had to hunch over, because with a helmet on my head hits the roof.

Has anyone actually installed seats yet? I autocrossed my car a few weekends ago and I had to hunch over, because with a helmet on my head hits the roof. All I would need is an extra 2-3 inchs of clearance. I am assuming that because aftermarket seats wont have all the motors and crap under them that the stockers do they will sit lower to the floor. Can anyone confirm this? I would probably opt for a cheaper seat and just swap it in before events rather than have an expensive one that would remove the airbag and be a little too restrictive.
