Are these aftermarket seat really worth it?

What is the real advantage over the stock ones?

Does it grips you while you corner and also comfortable enough for daily driving?

And how would it effect on the safety, would it hold up when you get into brutal accidents?

I never sat or had one of these Bride seats....

Depends on what you are using them for.

Weight savings and lateral support for the most part. And of course looks .

Most of them will offer more lateral grip than the stockers and some of them are also pretty comfortable, but not any more comfortable than the stock seats are.

All of their seats are just as safe as the stockers with one exception. For the fixed back seats to be safe, they need to be used with 5-point harnesses, and a roll bar. The fixed back seats aren't designed to work with stock 3-Point belts.

Threw one of my Zeta IIIs in the 370Z yesterday to see if the 350Z rails fit (which they didn't), but you get an idea of what they will look like in the car...

1450 dollars to drop ~20 lbs (per seat)?

47lbs doesn't sound that heavy for a stock seat considering the motors and air bag. I think my seats will stay in for a while.

WOW. For that $$$, you'd expect a seat to lick your balls and shaft...

Yea seriously.

Think about all the other things you could buy with $3,000 (assuming you buy both seats)

a new audio system, new intake/exhaust system, new tires n rims....

cmon IMO that **** just ain't worth it. i think they look ugly too. for 1500 i'd expect some gucci leather or some ****. But a riced-out looking ugly excuse for a seat? I'll pass!

haha, riced out? umm..right. Those seats are used in different motorsports like time attack, drifting and circuits. There's nothing rice about them they serve a purpose. They save weight because the structure is made of carbon/kevlar some of the lightest material on earth. They're all about performance not just looks. Definitely not riced-out, I think the term rice is used to loosely these days.
