What are the liitle "blisters"?

If the Bat is unavailible, guess I have a few local sources to inquire with...

What do you look for in the material? No one answered the OP's question on removal and harm to the paint.

if you look carefully at the roof you will notice them above the driver and passenger seats, as a previous poster mentioned the correct name is gurney bubbles. Try a google search for "Oracal 970RA". It seems to be a pretty good product from what I've read.

More info about Oracal products I found:
Oracal 970RA: 4-mil cast PVC film with built-in protective clear coat layer to simulate the appearance of factory-applied paint. It is available in 38 colors and the white and black colors are available in a matte finish.

I like the fact that "It offers long-term removability from painted surfaces and does not require an overlaminate"

I did my cousin's car a c55 amg with the fake CF overlay. It actually turned out great. If you have 2-3 people helping lining it up and pulling and a heat gun it makes thing way easier. We ended u applying in the cold so it was tougher so had to hit it with the heat gun often. The overlay on our cars will be really easy actually since the roof area is so small. I say go for it and DIY!
