Anyone ever tried doing a plexiglass hood ?

So i was looking around at some other car modifications for ideas of stuff to do to my Z and wanted to know if anyone on this forum did a plexiglass hood or your opinions on it?

a z with a plexiglass hood would fit in well at one of those shows.

my opinion is that i would end up painting it from the inside like a RC car body. :icon17:
