Please explain where you found this information. I just checked Nissan North America's pricing myself. |

all in 1 part too. K6032-1A30B, they're available in multiple sites. All about $800 MSRP and now ~$700, it shows the whole diagram of all the Nismo OEM factory components with the middle piece, whatever. But if you get piece by piece separately, for some reason it's more. |

weird, from your link it's just the rear top deck, but I called up a few guys and they said it's the whole assembly... =/
I called up Coutesy Nissan Parts and the guy told me there's only that p/n and it comes with everything...which I kept telling him there's gotta be more parts which should add up to about $2K. http://www.courtesyparts.com/370z-pa...8871_8872.html This was the link I searched and he obviously does not know what he's talking about. He said thre's only that part number K6032-1A30B Last edited by scruffydog; 07-19-2012 at 07:25 PM. |

Yeah you can't buy the nismo wing. ~2k was what I was quoted on my '09 base when I asked the dealership about it and they begged me not to do it.

Seems like this wing angles down towards the car where the Nismo one doesn't. IMO the Nismo one certainly looks better. But the angle towards the car on this one might mean more downforce.

Throw in the bolts, clips and other parts and it is around 1600ish I think. 2k is probably painted.

A good install paint shop makes how good the spoiler looks. Current highwing all comes with strong adhesive for the middle section. Please when install don't save money on paint and install. You got to pay for quality finish. After all you are saving over $1000 over real Nismo wing.

Does the center post have any advantage versus not having one like the Seibon (structurally, performance)? Does Seibon bow without it? Or is it just a "look" thing.

I think on the ABS plastic EVO-R High Wing the center post is needed as the wing will bow or sag without it. It's not FRP so it's not as stiff. (I compared the High Wing vs Nismo FRP replica.)

I just recently placed an order on the Carbon fiber Nismo High wing. I was told they are now FRP, both the regular version and the bottom deck for the cf version.
Can somebody clarify that? Also, what's the middle part made out of? |
