thanks

I just got mine and the bolts that hold together the 2 pieces are the same as the ones that you mount it to the car with. So just take one of those bolts out and take it to a hardware store and find some like it.

Great, none of the body shops in this area want to paint the wing. They all say they don't get into that sort of stuff. One of them recommended someone that will paint it at someone elses shop out in the boonies. I don't know this guy and really don't feel comfortable leaving my car with him. I think I'm going to try and take off my factory wing and when the new one is painted I'll just put it on myself.

You can install it yourself just be careful not to scratch the hatch while taking the old wing off. The old wing will most likely break as you take it off.

Also although the EVO-R wing bolts on to the factory holes it is not completely just "bolt on" and go. You will need to drill holes on the inside of the hatch in order to be able to put the bolts on the outer edges that attach to the wing.

On the top part of the hatch the holes are there, but from inside the hatch theres no holes for you to put the bolt from the inside to the wing (the factory wing uses clips in these holes).

Thanks for the info. The only questions I have now are what am I supposed to do with the epoxy that came with the high wing? And am I supposed to use double sided tape to attach the wing to the car to keep water out from under the wing?
