Need help, no running lights...

Installed led replacement bulbs in the license plate lights and when i put the bulb in for testing all rear lights went out. Went to the front to test up

Installed led replacement bulbs in the license plate lights and when i put the bulb in for testing all rear lights went out. Went to the front to test up front and same happened. HID's come on but no leds or running lights up front or running lights on the rear. Brake lights up but don't come on when you turn the lights on. Checked the fuses and don't see one for running lights... Any help would be appreciated. Last edited by USMCASA; 10-15-2011 at 12:30 PM.
